The Billygoat will be like the JWOC long and don't forget, the middle qualifier is the day after so you have to be ready to run the day after a long race.
What about the middle final?
That is the day after the qualifier---but, worry about that after the qualifier. Also, I think the harder day will be the qualifier because it follows the long (90 minutes with a lot of climb). The middle final is the third day in a row but, it follows a 30 min run with not so much climb so, if you are in shape, you could be a little fresher for the middle final than you will for the middle qualifier.
I suppose this is true. With an adequate cool-down and some stretching I should be good to go.
