Planks kill me. I'm so bad at them. Good luck building a big core. I expect some planking pictures on FB, or are those passe now?
I don't mind doing them too much. They're my ab exercise of choice. I have really tight hip flexors so I have to be careful with crunches and things like that. I'm a little worried for later in the challenge when the hold time gets up to 3 min. Yikes!
