biggins: two long days in a row, I thought you were on the "fun" weeks?

kadley: yeah, are we having fun yet?
Trying to build hill strength; and endurance for rogaine.
Also ratched up the bike training as we're going to the AR nationals in FL in Nov.

walk: Ken - If you are really interested in that bike, ride it as well as others to see how they feel. There can be a big difference in the ride, and it doesn't matter how light it is if the ride is wrong. Try to simulate the kind of riding you will be doing also. Take them for demo rides if they will let you.

kadley: May get a chance this weekend to try it. My problem is I don't know what a good ride is -- is it hard to handle because of the bike or my lack of skills?

walk: It's more about comfort - what feels good. There can be a big difference in geometry and that will really affect the comfort. Also just make sure the size is right.
