@GuyO: yes, we'd expect you'd want to take your time. Many other competitors will wrap up much sooner.

I was fishing for the composition/production/text/location credits as well. :-)

Almost all production Dasha. Photo sourcing/recommendation me (from a motherlode source). Believe it is Scotts Run Lake, but you probably knew that already! ;)

Can't find much actual information about the event. I hope the website will be back up soon with details.

I want to let everyone that is interested, the Trail O event that will take place on November 16th at the DVOA Fall Orienteering Festival will be a national ranking event. I also expect that the complaints that will be heard most frequently from experienced Trail O competitors is that the course was too easy but I think there will be enough challenge to the course to satisfy even the experts.

Question, since I can't find any info on the event page: will there be rec courses available, and if so, which ones? (Basically, if my Mom wants to do orange does she have to register in Open or can she just come.)

Recreational courses will be available on both days, but they will be white and yellow. No pre-registration is necessary and standard DVOA local event fees will apply.

One week left to register by the regular deadline: October 18th!

Looks nice, however, there doesn't appear be information about the location of the dinner venue nor the location of Hay Creek included in the meet flyer.

Don't know about the dinner but Hay Creek's south edge is French Creek North's north edge.

Dinner will be at Elks Lodge, 61 High Street, Pottstown, PA

Assuming regular registration is open THROUGH the 18th ? Not explicitly clear either above or on the website.

Mike--yes, the regular registration is open THROUGH October 18th, and late registration begins at 1am on October 19th.

Nick--we will post all of the detailed course length information by the end of this week.

On request of several folks, we extended the regular registration deadline to Oct 22nd, to accommodate those traveling to Boulder Dash this weekend.

Thanks! I'm still trying to get firm committment out of some kids and parents.
