Friday
5-7pm: hang all controls for the weekend
7-9pm: night/dusk-o (courses not yet designed, so I'm not sure where we'll start/finish, except that it'll be all on top of the plateau. Will probably be a longer version with a few options to cut short). Controls are very reflective.
9ish: dinner at campground? order pizza? make dinner earlier and eat after?

Saturday
9am: Hike/jog up to the plateau
10ish - 12: Race green or brown courses from SML middle champs; hike down at own pace
12-3pm: lunch, swim, nap
4pm: hike/jog up to plateau together
Training exercise #2 - marsh-hopping by Neil Dobbs, and one other technical training
7pm: spaghetti dinner at campground

Sunday
9am: hike/jog up to plateau together
O'tervals, courtesy of Boris Granovskiy
12-2pm: lunch, swim, nap
2pm: hike up to plateau together
Training exercise #2; not yet designed.
4pm: collect all controls
5pm: go home

As soon as I design some of the not-yet-designed trainings, I will let you know distances and purposes. If you want to design a training for me, I'll love you forever - just let me know what you want to design. If you want to come to the camp, and you haven't yet contacted me, please do so, so I can print you maps.

Also, cost is ~$1/map, except for the green/brown maps which are already printed.

Some updates -

Night-o: 6.7km, 17c; many options to cut it shorter, as well as much criss-crossing back and forth so you'll see other lights. I'm thinking of moving the start time back to 8pm, as sunset is at 8:30. That means hanging controls later, too.

Brown courses: 2.1km, 9c & 2.6km, 10c. We are going to do this as a qualifier/final setup, chase start because that's more fun!

Marshes: 3.2km, 6c.

Controlpick + look-beyond + line-o: 6.9km, 23c. Many options to cut short.

O'tervals: 5.5km, 24c. Plenty of options to cut.

Also coming - route choice exercise. Any other requests? We'll be logging some decent distance up and down that damn plateau... come fit and ready.

Sure - I think I'll have enough training given what I've planned, but you never know =)
