what exactly is the strength training you log?
I work masonry construction... so a lot of repetitious lifting, bending, pulling, hammering (functional strength). I realize this goes against the new standard of explosive (crossfit) training, but it works for me - weightloss and overall strength. Good heat training as well!
That's not easy. I like the days when my job requires more physical exertion. That would be hiking up and down hills while land surveying. I once wore my gps and logged 8 miles of walking - all within a 4 acre property.
8 miles...I'd believe it. I think finding a balance of life and training is great and sometimes it works out that they can be the same.
