You matched my swimming pace! As in, the pace including rests and numpty drills.

Keep that sort of tRicky nutrition plan up and you too can end up like heem.

I always eat breakfast and I haven't been hungover for quite a while. Bryce tends to be hungover every weekend!

Work your way up to Elite level so you too can be sneered at about your failure to perform.

You dont need to be elite to be sneered at for your failure to perform.

That said my failure to perform has never been an issue :)

Dry July was brought up at a work meeting the other day and the suggestion was met with a stony silence. I am having a dry July but don't feel like I should claim sponsorship for it, it is not by choice.

lol

I usually do something called sadistic spring - which involves being dry for 3 months and eating controlled diet and a stupid amount of exercise that makes Ricky's training time look like a normal day out (as its not commute).

But dont know if I will go tot hat level of stupidity or if I will just do something more tapered

Dry July would be a waste of time at my work too. If I sponsored anyone here I'd not have to shell out since no-one would last and no-one would sponsor me because it'd be too easy for me to make money.
