Saturday's Stage 20 of this year's Tour includes a loop through the WOC 2011 terrain, passing right by the finals arena in La Feclaz. Looks like a cat 1 climb to the Mont Revard summit. Should be fun to revisit those twisty roads that everyone had to go up and down every day for WOC.

Thanks for the heads-up Eddie. It will add another level of enjoyment to my viewing tomorrow. And it will be interesting to see if Phil and Bobke have any gee-whiz comments about the terrain as the lead riders struggle up to the summit.

And after Mont Revard they'll finish on Le Semnoz where the World Cup races and WOC training camp was in October 2010. So lots of orienteering maps on television tomorrow.

Hey, cut them some slack. When Jeopardy contestants don't know something, they aren't able to just Google it like everyone almost everyone else. ;-)

Jens Voigt did the climb to Mont Revard at an avg of 25kph. Nice solo ride.
