Looks like you could have used some assistance out there. Sorry. Did you not check the tire for the cause or the first puncture?

Maybe we can do a big road ride together next Sunday AM.

It was dark and I missed a small sliver of glass stuck in tire. Then had a faulty tube with leak near valve for the third flat. Patched one of the other tubes to continue. Barely trust my patch jobs, but this one held. I wanted to get a time in for this route without a lot of BS to understand how to slot the time for early rides in the next few months. So I bailed to get the run in and got the ride in this morning.
