I ask because I remember when I had hip bursitis problems years ago I did lots of strengthening exercises and tried to use my glutes to keep my hips level when running but I kept feeling stiff and sore around my hip. Eventually I realised the bursa was feeling ok and it was just the glutes and TFL complaining. I decided to stop worrying about keeping my hips level and within a day or two I was feeling fine. |
