You've gone from pretty minimal training over the summer to training regularly ~6 times a week since coming to uni. Remember to take it easy sometimes and not over do it, missing the odd session will do way more good than harm at the moment.

The knee pain was caused by running into a fence during sprintervals last Thursday, it wasn't really noticeable until Monday, after which it's got worse. Definitely going to rest it tonight. Cheers Rob
