That description makes me chuckle. :-)
Sorry to hear about your toe; seems like it might hold you back more than my (new) knee bruise, which I have elevated and am icing at the moment. We'll see tomorrow how things are.
Good luck with the toe, Charlie. It looked very painful.
Janet, compared to my pace you looked like a cadet out there.
Ouch! Man, you've had a snake-bit season :-(
Sorry about your toe. Is it as colorful as Lyn's was?
That doesn't look good at all. :-(
What time do you want to head off in the morning? First start is about 10:15, have to take a bus. Maybe leave here 8:45? I think we'll set alarm for 7. If you want a coffee run we can go, but Starbucks doesn't open until 8. Didn't find much else other than McDonalds or the local Wawa, don't know if either of them have more appeal than the motel.
I was thinking 8:40 sounded about right. I don't need to go anywhere. Of course, not sure if I can go out on a course unless the toe is feeling substantially cheerier in the morning.
OK, see you at breakfast I assume.
Is that how toes are supposed to look???
And yet you thought having another go on Sunday was a good idea. We all have a little bit of Phil Bricker in us, eh? Hopefully you didn't do any further damage - I hope you heal quickly!
Seems better already. A little o seems to have done it some good.
Nice info about being able to rent a cane from Walmart. May come in handy.
Well, buying one was only $16. I think she was going to lend me one for hoofing around the store, but not sure. At any rate, I wasn't planning on coming back.
Save the cane....we could use it as club cane and just pass it around .....WCOC seems to be a MASH Club these days.....
