| Ratlaf: | What did work entail? Was your work involved with the O races...? |

| szurcher: | no, I had to go to Tenero (a small town in the Italian part of Swissland) for a youth talent week (3T Tutti i Talenti a Tenero, www.3-t.ch) at the Federal Youth Sport Center. 600 youths from a whole bunch of sports teams are in Tenero for 1 week to train, but also to try out different sports, team building, and government paid performance testing (that's where I come into the picture). We did some endurance performance testing on the cross country skiing team and helped with the strength performance tests. |

| Ratlaf: | Ahh, do you work with the Orienteerers as well or is it just the "official"sports. I suppose Orienteering would be an official sport in Switzerland but it's still not Olympic level. |

| szurcher: | In Switzerland they classify sports on different levels in the Swiss Olympic Association, orienteering is rated on the highest level (the only non-Olympic sport in this level), meaning that they get all goodies that say Alpine skiing, Triathlon etc do. At the 3T the National junior orienteering team was there.

| Ratlaf: | That's awesome! I didn't know and am glad to hear it. Now if only the rest of the world did that too... |
