| fthfl stwrd rudy: | They had to get a special use permit from the parks department - one of the reason it costs $12. Then the USA Triathlon annual license costs 40, so it gets to be an expensive swim unless you are also doing a couple of sanctioned triathlons...they're doing the swims all summer though. |
