msm: Did you get it all out on the bike? I do the same thing. Someone once told me that I am in charge of my mood or attitude but sometimes that can be my biggest challenge. :-) I hear the sun is going to shine today!! Life can't be all bad. ;-)

roschi: a slight knock would have been good, i would have come with... yumay and i were both up.. i got up at 5 but d%cked around for a long time not getting in gear... yes I do feel much better now, but much better is still pretty far from good.. i am sure i ll get it all out of my system during the 24h rogaine this weekend...
