Discussion: Michigan in August

I'm looking for an adventure race or rogaine in Michigan on either the 18-19th, or 25-26th of August....

if I am not wrong NA champs Rogaine is close to Montreal ( Canada ) aug 25. I doubt is something a week before that

The USOF website, Links page, click on Adventure Sports. There are a number of links there.

In 'spare' time near Detroit, training on the Pontiac Lake, Haven Hill, or Peach Mountain maps would be very worthwhile. I don't know how nasty the vegetation would be at that time. You might want to ask Al Newman or Roddy Ware. You could borrow my course maps.
