| msm: | Oh Roger I am so sorry to hear that! How crazy is that? Has your elbow been giving you problems? Can't they put you in an ace wrap instead of a cast? Are you doing some anti inflammitory drugs? What about a corticosteroid injection? Tough break. |

| Stinky Pete: | your going to look like a complete goof ball running around with a catalope elbow in a cast bungied around your waist. |

| Flying Scotsman: | If by racing you damage your elbow permanently then it's not worth it, not as if there is a pile of cash on it, only bragging rights. However, if its not uncomfortable then go for it. Most likely the swelling will come down in the next 2 days.
You most likely did it from swimming. |

| Stinky Pete: | I've never gotten catalope elbow from swimming??? gotten a funny itch before but never had anything swell up. Can you just lance it like a balloon? On second thought, I would rather bring some duct tape and help out taping before the race. |

| franklinwood: | I want to see pictures of this "cantelope elbow". Crazy how the body reacts to the punishment we place on it. Lycka till med bättring. (Good luck with recovery.) |
