Was thinking about your effort during the last 7 km of the loppet which were a major slog. That gave me the strength to hang in there.

Recovery is going fine. Going to start doing a bit of activity soon. I would be extremely happy to ski the Birkie, but if the forecast if for below zero I'm out. Fingers crossed!

I'm still feeling great about the result, despite the pain. I'll be back.
