I usually do quality of some sort on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday (min. once a week) in the form of hill climbs, tempo or intervals. Main races this year: Zion 100, Hardrock (1st on wait list currently), Run Rabbit Run 100, and Grindstone 100
We're getting a huge snow dump right now, so, I'm postponing long run to treadmill on Saturday night and hitting Mt. Bachelor (our local ski mtn) to Telemark Ski tomorrow in some deep powder. Stoked.
