Discussion: not fast

it wasnt the greatest area for speed was it! still got sand in my shoes... never saw you at the weekend! hopefully catch up soon :-)

I know it felt like it should have been rapid with no vegetation but all that sand!
I know well we were pretty late before the middle so I didn't speak to anyone and I guess we just missed each other at the sprint too?! Then I didn't run the long as we were still staying at canos and so decided not to do the long. Hows the sunburn?
