Well done mate! Tough start in the dunes but didn't let it get to ya!
You must be in alright shape too, just about bagged one of the long legs late in the course, 18-19

cheers mate, yeah was pretty happy. nah elite and super elite were different courses.. same distance and climb but totally different controls.. there was controls on nearly every feature on the map haha.. good run on the weekend btw

Yeah Ev it looks like you're hitting some real good running form and with the amount if O training you should be able to transfer it across to the forest. Looking forward to seeing your results this year. Do you have plans for the World Cups? Back to Oz for any races (ie as trials)?
