What are those?

And congrats on the weight loss. I gained 8.5 lb between summer and fall, and I've been chipping away at that since the new year. Unfortunately, this seems to be happening a little too often!

Funny how quick it goes on. Or not so funny...Working my fanny off so I can fit back into my shorts for my trip to Spain.

As for plank jacks...Take a plank position (on the floor), extended arms or on your elbows (I do extended arms) and jump your legs wide and closed like you would jumping jacks, keeping the hips low as in a regular plank. I do 3 sets of one minute. Not my strong suit . I figure that if I find it hard, it must be good for me ;)

Ouch! Sounds hard enough to be really good. I will try that.

I tried them yesterday. 30 seconds was enough for my first set!

Killer, right? I'm almost a little nauseous near the end of each set. Clearly the intensity is a little much ;)

I do my planks on my forearms because I have a wonky wrist but I'm thinking I should extend my arms the next time I try this. It's a good one!
