What areas are they using for the WOC selection races and whats the terrain like? I can try and source some similar terrain here and fix some training for you and Doug if you like. If you already know some similar areas, get the maps, and i'll plan and hang tapes for you.

I leave my attack point for one day and it it gets really busy!
But that would be amazing thanks Dids.
Limestone, lake district, mix of open and visible and wooded with mixed visibility.
The middle has a sloped wood fairly steep and flatter open at the top.
The Long has an open steep hill side but is mostly hilly/rolling open and wooded. It could be difficult moving between open and wood.
Hope things are good at home, has Ellen learned to ride her bike yet!?
