Still found room in Richmond, IN. Had same problem, but was looking for accommodation for 3 or 4. Good rates through the link on OUSA.

Mound Haven motel in Brookville, Indiana still has rooms. In the $60's for doubles. Be advised that this is budget accommodation. They may not have late night office hours, in-room phones, and certainly no breakfast, etc. One floor, exterior entrances. Does not appear to be immaculately maintained.
