your philosophy on rest days, recovery, tapering, etc?
Not worrying about it now since no significant competitions anytime soon.
I've been running every day for a while, often do this time of year as it is good for my mental health to get away from work for a little while each day. But clearly there are "rest" days in the program, short easy efforts. So far I've been lucky and haven't had any ailments on this cycle, but that can change in a flash.
This will all change in a little while.
