I'm curious how the hamstring is today (Wed.) - it got a bit sore after the Monday Hike+Run-Down, will Tuesday's Hike+Hike-down be friendlier on it, or is it just the volume of training?
It's doing a good bit better today, after several hours of rogaine practice and a little over an hour on the bike. Or maybe it was the ice pack I sat on last night while at the computer, so engrossed that I probably spent more than an hour on it, left my chair soaking wet, and my butt quite frozen.
I think the no-no was the last 5 minutes of the O' meet when I ran quite a bit harder than anytime recently. But if it is still ok tomorrow, I'll take that as a very positive sign.
In the meantime, lots of high-volume low-intensity excercise is planned.
