Discussion: training at bear mtn ny metro area

YOOOOOOOO,,, Ok me and my buddy eric are doing our first adventure race and its the shannendoah epic, Just throwing it out there if there are any other ppl doing the epic and in the bear mtn area if you guys wanna meet up for a mtb bike run brick sunday the weekend of april 5 prob looking at a 3-3.5 hr mtb, and a 2-2.5 run -hike Let mme knowwwww!!!!
