Andre - I am trying get myself mentally and physically there but I don't know atm. I think ill make the ride for sure, the 12 hr is whats in question.

Tash - I didnt want to let me team mate down. I know Polly wasnt happy with my fitness level so all I could do is give everything and then give a little bit more. Dont you worry I wanted to quit a number of times. Feel better for not have quitting its amazing what the body is capable of.

That said if I do the 12 hr this weekend kind keen to pootle along atm would consider switching out of Dave/Polly and let them run it and pootle along nice and slowly if that was an option - however I have another 3 days to recover who knows I might eb good to go by the weekend.

The ride is more important anyway. You could win a Toblerone.

Well if you want to pootle along in the 12 hour come join my team, I'm introducing a friend of mine from work to the wonders of rogaining so it would be nice and easy going for us. :)
