Anyhow, I was late in suggesting this, but it might be a good idea for you guys to buy some cable housing (cheap) and bring some cutters and zip ties with you. If you run the derailleurs full housing, it might help keep some of the crap out, and conisdering that the trails will likely still be wet, there could be lots of crap. Basically it will help keep your shifting smooth all race long.
