The Minnesota Orienteering Club (MNOC) is scheduling an orienteering weekend one week prior to the South Dakota World ROGAINE champs hosted by Peak Assurance, Inc.

MNOC's weekend will consist of a ROGAINE in Jay Cooke State Park with 3 and 6 hour options, followed by a B/C level event at Mille Lacs Kathio State Park.

This is a great opportunity for visitors to the U.S. to shake off some jet lag, or US residents to get some last minute practice.

Group camping is reserved at Mille Lacs Kathio and can be reserved through the reservation process while spots last.

Registration is open! We hope to see you at these events!

Looking forward to meeting a bunch of new people there! Those areas are both fantastic. The MLK map in particular is very technical and can be extremely challenging.

I'm looking forward to my first run in Jay Cooke State Park, but I can echo what FoxShadow said about Mille Lacs Kathio---the map and terrain are excellent!
