that couldn't have been caught (or known) sooner. It seems like it would have been an easy fix.
I calmly mentioned my concerns to Vadim after my run and I think the scout VP was next to him. Unfortunately, the VP made me feel like a second class user of the facilities saying that that group paid a lot of money to rent that area.
I really enjoyed the Green course (up to control 10) Zac created and know there was a lot of effort from both CS & ED put into that.

Len - agreed the VP did make a point about fees paid. Both those users, and we, are guests, invited/allowed for benefits provided - those users more the $, and us, a much lower fee - and we set up an orienteering event that, typically, many of the local scouts take advantage of. Mary has spun this super well in some cases - e.g. at Warwick, the park considers the event to be a Warwick Park event, arranged by DVOA - we are thanked for our work in arranging their event - no fees even charged for the picnic area as a result. If we can help encourage this view, in places where it can work - and Quail Hill seems like one of them, that may be successful.

Anne - Yeah, I just noticed very few blue results. Not sure whether we misplaced maps, or they underestimated.
