You really ARE useless just now aren't you! I think either a fortnight of nothing, or going eyeballs out for the Grand Prix and racing yourself into form, but something needs to be done. Drastic measures are called for. Have you counted your legs recently - are you sure you still have two?
I think I still have two legs but they aren't entirely working. The cold hard brick of wall of reality agrees that a break would be a good idea... No point doing half-baked training. 7 hills first though!
