And with my hip bothering me on fast runs, your training regimen is looking like a good idea. Maybe a hike up/jog down on Toby this Tues or Wed?

Either tomorrow on the late side, no earlier than 3:30-4:00, or sometime Wednesday (also late afternoon?) would be fine. If I had my druthers, maybe I'd prefer Wednesday, but i can make either one work.

Will we be wearing the blue cups? So far no FDFs up there....

Lets do late afternoon Wed, say 5:00 at your place? I'll bring an old hat. As you know, if there are any FDF's on the mountain, they will find me.

Sounds good. Then I can go out on the bike tomorrow.

We will have to get the camera out.....

If you don't find any, then Phil will basically have an obligation to run Frost-Juggler with a blue cup, in the interest of science.

All this is in the interest of science. I mean, Barb planned the first test and she's a real scientist.

Knowing Phil's past history, if we send him back to Frost-Juggler, we may want to outfit him with a two-cup version....

"Frost Juggler"? I don't think so. I ran into the Dean of my college once on that route.

No self-respecting hockey player would wear a cup on his head. Do you have the guts? :) And then of course there's the, ahem, two-cup version.
