I've looked at past threads and I don't think I understand what's going on. I just upgraded from a Garmin 305 to 310xt. I'm using a Mac. The watch is syncing properly through Garmin Express. I just reinstalled the communicator plugin and restarted my browser, but AP Garmin Transfer doesn't find the device. Am I missing something?

Thanks, Ken. I found the file and uploaded manually. That worked. What isn't clear from that thread is whether or not I might expect to get it to work automatically by downloading some sort of ANT agent? Is that a possibility? Or is it known at this point that you have to do this manually for the 310xt?

Yes, you can still install and use ANT Agent instead of Express. If you have issues installing, you might need to uninstall Express, not sure about that though.

Still having some issues with Garmin Express. Seems like every third or fourth time it fails to recognize the watch and download, and I have to delete the watch from Express and re-pair it. Works ok, but kind of weird.

I keep struggling with this problem. Keep removing and reinstalling programs only to get it to work for a short time and then go back to not working. I'm sticking with using Ant Agent to download and then upload to AP manually.
