your last 3 weeks were some really good training weeks! how is the injury?
The training is coming on nicely, but I'm still slow, can't run anything fast, so the sessions are never faster than 3:40/km weather I'm running 400m or 2km... At the 2km side I can start to feel the injury a bit so if I were to do 3-5 x 2km reps I would aim at 3:45-3:50... a far cry from the 3:20 I should be running.
That said it's nice to be runnng on the mountain again and able to run for 3 hours...
Have a marathon in Ston (Croatia) in 3-4 weeks, was hoping ofr a sub 3, but the route isn't easy so I need to run most at 2h54 pace to ge a sub 3... sould be fun!!!
