What I find impressive is the almost perfect even splits. No tail-off whatsoever.
To me that's the sign of a properly paced effort. Always happiest, and always seem to get the best results, when the splits are even or slightly negative. So it's something I have done many times.
And I pay a lot of attention while I'm running to monitoring everything -- pace, effort, energy, form -- even when in oxygen debt. Always a lot to think about if you are trying for a good result. Despite what most orienteers say, for me it's never boring.
