initially, what do you think ? one of my all time fav's. unfortunately altra's toe box is too squared off for me and since one foot is a quarter size bigger then the other, I get toe bang on really steep descents and when I go a half size up, my smaller foot was swimming in the shoe. I think the digm gets way better traction and is lighter then the olympus. traction in the oly was shit to me on steep mountain trails. very strange tread pattern, if you can even call it that. I will forever be heart broken about not being able to wear my paradigm's in the mountains :(

I do like it, the paradigm and the new One2 is my favorites. I'm heading to Grindstone 100 next week and gonna run in one of those 2 shoes. Schlarb ran UTMB in Paradigm and loves it. Josh Arthur ran RRR100 in One and loved it. It's CRAZY light….7.1oz in my size 10.5. I've been big fan of Altra since they came out. Have been wearing the Instinct in every iteration for casual shoe…a staple. But paradigm is SOOO much better than Olympus…it kinda sucks in my opinion. I think they're redesigning that shoe currently.
