You are really racking up the miles girl. When I get in a rut, I start mixing up my training with some bike, walking, weights, hopscotch, jump your pleasure. Anything to get the heart rate up. Your running miles will be there when you get back the next day and you'll enjoy them a lot more. Words of wisdom from a rank amatuer. :)

Hope to get together for some training soon. Keep checking the web site. I'll post the next team training info on there.

Check out rjstald's log for an idea of taking this to the extreme! He does a little of everthing for little time at all. I am surprised he doesn't have underwater basket weaving listed there. I believe he is a fellow adventure racer.
