I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to all of those who helped me after my tumble today, especially those that were on their courses. I'm sorry, but I was a bit out of it and can't remember all who helped.

I picked up 9 stitches in Morehead and should be as good as new.

I got my red shirt back at the end;) I did finish my race In sports bra;) most people thought I was "hot" I should try it again;)

Glad to hear you are ok. Thanks to Lenka Svoboda who happened to have my number in her phone and made the international (!) call to alert me. The medics Dave and David Reeder got up the hill pretty quickly!
