Mr O-memes:
Does anybody know if there is a smart watch which you can extract gpx file form after the run? So i can use it in Quickroute or even at attackpoint?

If you use the Strava app then you can export the GPX file from strava website, no idea if you can get it straight from the watch

If you have upgraded your AP account then you can upload many kinds of smart watches directly to your AP log. If you do so, a globe icon will appear in the upper corner of your log entry and clicking on that icon will bring you to a page where it is possible to view the route and also download the gpx file for using in Quickroute or other applications. I use an old Garmin Forerunner305, but there are numerous choices for devices that you can use.

There are some AppleWatch apps that support exporting of gpx files (via Dropbox, for instance). I don't have one so I've never tried it, but it's at least possible!

My Forerunner watch has a TCX output, but I convert it to GPX using the GPSBabel program.

I moved from an ancient 305 to the 920XT. I've been liberated from watch upload/download chores :)

I have linked the watch through Bluetooth to the Garmin connect app on my phone, as well as linked Garmin with Strava. Now every run in automatically uploaded on Strava and Garmin. Ahh, and the 920 lasts couple of weeks with no charge in watch mode or 14 - 16 hours in gps recording mode
