Earlybird entry fee alert!

The 3rd Annual Star Tracks Mountain Bike Adventure takes place at Albion Hills in Palgrave, ON on Sunday, Oct. 16.

This is a rare opportunity for Ontario riders to try mountain bike orienteering (MTBO). We offer Open and Novice courses so elite and recreational riders can all have a fun, challenging morning on Albion's beautiful trails. If you can read a trail map and have at least intermediate mountain biking skills, you are ready to give this a try.

Last year our Family category was surprisingly competitive as adult mountain bikers and adventure racers brought their children to experience a taste of Mommy's (or Daddy's) crazy hobby. :)

Earlybird entry fees are available until 11:59 p.m. for the Star Tracks Mountain Bike Adventure on Sunday, October 16.

Wokitoki is returning to defend his overall title, and our fastest woman, Coach LD, is going to try to repeat as well. It won't be easy; a lot of good riders have signed up to give them a run for their money.

As expected, the Family category has become a battle of Wilderness Traverse racers' kids. So far the children of team members on Pullin' Foot and the Long Sault Longshots will be competing with their parents, and they'll be taking on two teams of Gallaghers from Storm Beowulf.

Velofix Halton will be there to do basic tune-ups before the race and to address mechanicals. No charge for labour, just for any parts.

Hope to see you there!

Mr Wonderful:
Bash, please see about a hyper loop between Detroit and Toronto, if at all possible. This and Stars 2-in-a-day are both soo tempting!

Much as I'd like to see you for Star Tracks, the 2-in-a-day is a little closer to you. And it allows time in between races for socializing.

Although... we are planning a trip to a pub after the mountain biking so that will be fun too.
