Registration is now open for the BC Orienteering Championships in Revelstoke, BC!
Revel – {revl} verb; past tense: reveled, to revel
1. To take great pleasure or delight (in the orienteering)
2. To enjoy oneself greatly, to experience a positive rush of emotions (at the magnificent scenery)
An awe-inspiring feeling that will wash over one while orienteering in Revelstoke, British Columbia. “I revel in the incredible orienteering in and around this city”
Stoke – {stōk} verb; past tense: stoked; to be stoked
1. To stir up and feed abundantly (at the banquet on Saturday evening)
2. To feed fuel to or tend to the fire (of your competitive spirit)
Real excitement or thrill that one will experience at the BC Orienteering Championships in Revelstoke, BC. “I’ve never been this stoked”

Three races (sprint, middle, and long) on brand new maps made to standard (ISOM2017 for forest maps, and ISSOM2007 for the sprint map) on some of the best previously untapped terrain in the province. Oh, and there's a model event on Friday afternoon/evening so you can get acquainted with the terrain.
Sage Orienteering Club is hosting the event, with a boost from some FWOC, GVOC, and KOC officials.
Early bird registration rates until August 12th, regular prices until September 8th, and late fees until Septembber 23rd.
