Quantico Orienteering and the Mid-Atlantic Regional Junior Team will be hosting a junior training weekend March 16-17 at Prince William Forest National Park just southwest of Washington, DC. The terrain is extremely relevant for the Junior Nationals that will take place in Virginia in April, so this is a great place to prepare for the spring's biggest races!
The training camp includes four training sessions and a night-O. Experienced coaches, including Junior Development Team coach Greg Ahlswede, will lead groups at each skill level. The training will be open to everyone, including adults at any skill level, but the coaching effort will be concentrated on the junior.
