There is a long delay today for automatic imports from Garmin. The data is getting pushed to AP on about a 5-6 hour delay after syncing. I guess Garmin had some kind of problem and now there is a backlog sending data out.
You can either wait for your activities or import them manually using any of the old methods (e.g. FIT/TCX/GPX file or GC web sync). They are already uploaded to GC, it's just the push notifications that are behind.

I did have issues on Saturday with some activities uploading and others taking a bit longer. My morning activities all uploaded out of time order.
