I haven't seen the USARA license question on signup forms before. Is a license required to participate?
Feb 25, 2020 5:42 PM #
abiperk:
It is, yes. We have our insurance through USARA. The license (either one day or annual) gets you covered under the event policy. Some adventure races just add it into the cost of the event; we've opted to do it as an add-on in case people have already paid for an annual license.

Sherpes and everyone:
Just called the manager at the Super 8. They are NOT full. Not sure what happened, but they are not full. That said, they ARE filling up!

So, call in quick if you want a bed within 5 minutes of the start!

Anyone looking for a teammate?

One of these years I need to make it to the Crooked Compass Adventure Trek and/or the Stockville so let me know if you are looking for a teammate.
Feb 27, 2020 3:04 AM #
abiperk:
@BrianJohnston, just an FYI - for Crooked Compass, you're welcome to race as a solo!
Feb 27, 2020 7:18 PM #
BrianJohnston:
True. Thanks.
It’s 2000 km each way to get there so I would enjoy having a teammate but I will not rule out going solo.
