Discussion: Orienteering USA - Virtual AGM Doodle Poll

With the continuing SARS-CoV-2 issues facing the US, the Orienteering USA Board has agreed to hold this year's AGM as a virtual meeting. We need to select a date and time so that we can put out a meeting notice. In accordance with the bylaws, such notice must be sent no later than 90 days prior to the meeting. Therefore, we are considering dates in mid-to-late October.

We have created a Doodle Poll to compile information on what date and time might be best. If you are likely to attend the Virtual AGM as a delegate, individual OUSA member, or guest, please indicate what time(s) would work for you. This poll is confidential and other poll takers will not see your answer. Please indicate in the Name field your Club or State so we have an idea of the time zone you are in.

The OUSA Virtual AGM will be held Thursday, October 22nd, 2020 from 8pm-10pm EDT. Agenda & meeting details will be forthcoming as they become available.
