A couple map snippets have been posted on the
event page
This event (and last year's too) are almost enough to make me want to move to western Colorado. They look super fun.
Tasty looking. Braids? Show us a photo or video going through a braid!
Sure thing, as soon as the snow melts! The snow line is currently advancing at six contours a day.
Looks amazing!
Just curious, how much is this event on the radar of backyard run enthusiasts?
Not much, other than our fairly local group of ultrarunners. The official backyard ultra page and forums don't tolerate any discussion of anything that isn't strictly a backyard ultra, so it's hard reach the right audience.
I've been meaning to write an article for ultrarunners, Why You Should Try Map-based Sports. Never enough time.
I really wish I could do it this year but I can not because we have anohter trip. Is this an annual race?
This is our second year, so that's the idea. It's hard to keep mapping fast enough though!
Okay cool, I will be looking forward to it next year, good luck with the mapping.
