Congratulations Brent. A very smart choice by OC. Starting late in the sport Brent worked very hard to become a world class orienteer by being very smart and dedicated to his training. He had to pay extra attention to training and racing details (visualization, relaxation,...)to gain an advantage to 'catch up' for lack of race experience. That process allowed him to make fast advances in the sport and is what makes him perfect for this job.
