The Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race at Comox Lake will feature ~40 km of kayaking, mountain biking, trail running, and mystery events. It will be a test for both the seasoned race pro and the dedicated novice.

Make sure you plan on staying the Saturday night as this race features a 'not-to-be-missed' dinner and after party.
