Orienteering is an outdoor adventure activity. You find your way around parks, koppies forests using a unique map and some common sense. It is like a treasure hunt; you find orange and white flags at places on the map. A punch with the flag proves that you were at that point. Orienteering is suitable for 3 to 80 year olds. You can do it as a fun exercise, or be more serious and race against one another.
